According to the Social Help and Knowledge base on vMix Social after Facebooks updated policy some new restrictions apply.

I am pretty sure this post should pass https://www.facebook.com...u/posts/2500236329999208 and I am definitely an Admin.

But the Facebook UI in my vMix Social (5.0.0.12, came with 22.0.0.60) does not resemble the screen shot in the Help, and I cannot enter a page name, only select from a drop down. See attached image.

I've started the stream to that post, and added a comment.
Still can't see it, even after waiting five minutes.
(and the UI does not look as in the Help).

Though I can list posts with comments on other pages I Admin, but they were live long ago and are no more.

Yes, that's what I am saying (and is not very fond of Facebook's habit to change things all the time...)

for Westramu's page it was blank.
Sorry can't debug this more until perhaps tomorrow afternoon CEST.

Something very strange is going on. There are two dropdowns, the top one should show the list of pages, the second the list of posts only after clicking Find Posts.
To help us diagnose further, could you email us your vMix Social settings file, it can be found by following the steps below:

Open up File Explorer in Windows and type in the following in the address bar and press enter:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\StudioCoast_Pty_Ltd

There should be one or more vMixSocial.exe_* folders, find the one that contains a subfolder for 5.0.0.12
and email us the config file inside to info@vmix.com.au

Problem solved. Martin found that there were two pages named "Westreamu AB". Turned out that Facebook had automatically created a page with that name. Maybe when I entered that as a workplace in my personal About-page. I removed that page, and kept the official one. Now vMix Social quickly finds the post with a live video.
