Please I need help on how to resolve this issue, I'm new on vMix, I want to add camera but it is telling me error. That, "capture resolution is not supported by this devices" further suggested that I should add new input, the following are supported: 640x480 NTSC 30P etc.

I'm using EasierCAP 2.0 and my system details are:

System Manufacturer: Hewlett Packard
HP, Corei5, Elite book 8460p
Windows: 10
64bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 -2520M CPU @2.50GHz (4CPUs), ~2.5GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX version 11.1
HD Graphic 3000

What are your camera output settings?

What resolutions in vMix have you tried?
