I am using two Google Pixel phones with vMix Call to get remote input from contributors at sporting events, and although the default front facing camera and built in mic is acceptable I'm trying to be able to switch camera positions during a call and to use an external microphone connected to the Googel Pixel USB-C connector (with headset and additional mic connected in the usual mic socket).
Found that the Firefox app instead of the Google Chrome app offered the choice of camera and microphones, but currently although I can select between cameras I only get the default mic option and not the mic connected via USB-C.
Switching cameras also means losing the vMix call connection, so I am wondering if anyone has experienced the same issues and hopefully can offer some suggestions?
