This has been pretty consistent on my Windows 10 system. I had not experienced it on other systems. I use Task Manager to kill the app. system info:  system_info.txt (1,366kb) downloaded 6 time(s).vMix project: 2019-06-06_june_q&a_v01.zip (22kb) downloaded 7 time(s).

Hi,
The preset shows a large number of files loaded from a network drive, so maybe that drive is not connected and it is timing out trying
to access those files?
It is recommended all files be saved locally for the best results.
Failing that, the log does show a large number of applications crashing with errors on the system which can indicate a fault of some kind, possibly memory
so run the "Windows Memory Diagnostic" in the start menu to check for any faults there.
