Well found at all. I am here to ask you for advice according to your experience. For the acquisition of images on vmix, we have used hdmi extender to date, with some good results. The quality was always a function of the distances that the extenders were able to manage and the quality of the network cable. I am enticed by the idea of switching to a video capture with NDI technology, which through a Poe switch could also handle important distances, Doing Instant Replay do you think I might have a problem? I would like to use Magewell Pro Convert hdmi to ndi: is it a good product? What switch do you suggest?
Thank you

Yes, NDI is fun to use. Make sure the switch supports IGMP snooping. I use products from Mikrotik and am very happy. My setup is a PoE switch at the stage and then fibre to the control room. If you need IFB then take alook at bird dog studio, it's build in there.
