When trying to begin a live stream, normally the button will turn an orange color before going red and becoming live. Today while trying to start the stream, the button turned orange, but then went back to normal and presented me with this message:

There was also another long stream of information presented below. Does anyone know what might be the issue here? Recently installed the most up to date version of Microsoft Windows. The problem did occur several days after the update, and I had not attempted to stream anything since the update took place.
