Hi, I'm new here and pretty stupid but I'd like to know if it's possible for viewers to click on a purchase link whilst viewing content?

It's not directly possible in vMix. You're going to need some other/extra software to accomplish this.

I did a test recently with someone and just showed a qr code during the live show and told people the person to scan this.
