Hi,
Here are my laptop specs:
geforce gtx 765m 2 GB intel 4600 i7-4700mq (2.4 GHz) SSD 120GB drive HDD 500GB drive 16GB RAM win7 64bit vmix ver: 21.0.0.61 x64
My video camera output (Panasonic AG-HMC 150): 1080p 25 fps
Situation: I want to do a live full-hd stream to Youtube at 1080p25 3.5 Mbps and record the vMix output on a local drive. Both at the same time. The live stream is fine, but the recording must be in mpeg2-ts 50i format for broadcast by local TV. That's a must.
The recording setup is as follows: mpeg2 1920x1080 pal 50i bitrate: 8 Mbps format: ts
Issue: The recorded video is of low quality: choppy and blurry. I need advice what to change to get a smooth video suitable for TV. Right now everything is done on the same SSD drive. Maybe I need a separate SSD for recording. Maybe I need to change vMix settings to 1080 50i (right now it's 25p). I'm not sure about mpeg2-ts options either.
Any advice is welcome.
Witold
