Greetings everybody.
I already spoke with Vmix support and they were very helpfull but unfortunately i could not resolve my problem. Maybe someone here in the forum at some point made livestream of sports in water pools and maybe could help me out.
We are doing livestream this weekend here in Portugal of a international Aquatic polo event.
The image for the viewers is all blury and pixelated..

Streaming at 1280x720-25p 4000mbps.
Profile: High
Level: 4.1
Vmix display is at 1920x1080-50i same as cameras.
One decklink duo 2 with 4 camera signals. (1920x1080-50i)
One intensity shuttle usb 3.0 for external graphics input. (1920x1080-50i)
One decklink monitor out to big screen at 1920x1080-50i output.
Recording for client in Mp4 1920x1080-50i.
Replay testing at 1920x1080-50i / 200mbps recording 1 live output and 3 live cameras.

Hardware enconder not ticked.. Not in recording, neither in streaming.

Attached are some pictures of our Vmix settings.

Fiber 100mbps download line and 100mbps upload.

Custom PC:
Windows 10 Pro
Gigabyte Z370 aorus gaming 5
32gb 3000mhz
I7 8700k
1080TI graphics card MSI Aero GTX
860 Pro SSD for Windows (500gb)
970 evo M.2 for replay (1tb)
WD Red for Recordings and extras (4tb)

This might just be a result of compression. Although it doesn't look so, moving water is very complex for a long GOP codec. It's very difficult to do this when every frame is completely different.

I would try to use a slower preset than veryfast. Also try experimenting with a constant bitrate (cbr) or just using a higher bitrate. Youtube can take up to 8 mbit for slow framerate (25p, 50i,..) and 12 for a faster framerate (50p-60p,..).

You could experiment at home, by recording a small clip uncompressed with vMix, and than play it back and stream it, until you get better results.

Thanks. So, fast preset, tick strict cbr and use higher bitrate then 6000?
