We are streaming to two different places (YouTube and Facebook). The streams start at the same time, but end or stop at different times. I have a post roll which I would like to be shown on the stream that stops first, but not to be shown on the second stream until this second stream stops. Is this possible with vMix HD?

is possible with 2 computers streaming and controlled separatly
the logic of your question IMO doesn't make sense coming from one machine ,sorry
