I have a problem, when an input with video file goes to output, the computer monitor goes off, while everything also works the video outputs of my blakmagic quad link. As soon as the video ends and a different input returns, the monitor returns to on.
I would like to know if this happened to someone else, and what is wrong with the settings.
I use as a monitor a Samsung TV 32 with Hdmi input.
