I don't see why not. I haven't tried Azure before, but I have done it out of Amazon AWS. I tried a few years ago and it stuttered a bit. But I bet that now if I did a GPU enabled instance with a good system it would probably work very smoothly.

It is something that I would like to work with more. I would think that with a great internet connection, and a VPN to AWS you could probably work with some NDI stuff and have a pretty good on demand setup.
