Problem with vMix call when using Smart Phones - Tried iPhone & Android, will not open with link when sent, must hand type in the URL

Does anyone know a work around for this?
When I send the URL Link to someone with an Smart phone they can not connect into vMix.
They have to hand type the link in the browser.
Appreciate any help on this.

Is it to do with when they open the link it doesn't open it in chrome by default?
