Hi everyone

For a new production, we would like to connect to the local police command in Milan, Italy, with a vMix call directly in the production. Due to a firewall problem with the Port allocation in the network it's not possible to use the vMix Call.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to allow the firewall port allocation (like said in this topic).

So I ask you for advice in order to connect to our production studios the local police command.

Thanks,

Matteo

If you cannot connect via their network, you're only option is to use a different network, where you have more control.

Perhaps wireless data?

Alternatively, you could use a voice-only connection by telephone.

Dealing with Firewall and IPS in a network such as a police department I would also suggest using 4G connection. There are bonding devices available that make these kinda connections pretty fast and reliable.
