I am able to access and run vMix Social on my PC. I am able to access the web interface using a browser on my PC. When I add the web address to a browser on my tablet which is on the same network as my vmix machine I am unable to access the web interface. I receive a message that states "This site can't be reached".

I turned off the Firewall on Windows Defender and I tried using multiple devices (Galaxy Tab S4 and iPad) with multiple web browsers (Safari, Chrome, Samsung internet browser) and I get the same results regardless of what I do.

Is there a solution for this?

Any suggestions on other things I should try?

Did you include the port number? i.e. http://10.31.58.12:8088/

It sounds like an issue on your network, rather than with vMix. You will simply have to do some isolation testing. Not much we can do on a forum for you.

Thank you for the suggestion. I checked the Web controller and it was already enabled. Tried to add vmix Social web interface in my tablet, ipad, and iphone again and it still doesn't work.
