Hi friends,

I'm audiovisual technician for events in Brazil and I'm testing the Vmix as a product for my company, I came across an error to add the PowerPoint file as input (ERROR 0x80004005). Had something to do with my version of Microsoft Office 2007?

Hi,

There are a couple of tests you can try:

1. First open powerpoint on the vMix machine and make sure it can open the powerpoint file correctly.
2. Make sure powerpoint is closed and then try opening it from vMix.

Ok Tested and ok. opened smoothly in PowerPoint.
