I'd like to make a graphic that reveals, or "fills" a container based on progress from other data held in a datasource.

Is it possible to set a transition to use data in the form of .01 to 1 (or %)?

Or Crop amount from datasource?

thanks
Jon

Thanks! Looks awesome, I'll give this a shot.

So the numbers are great, but the goal I'm looking at using will have 50,000 as being "full"

When I just set your example's text to 50k, it was way too big for the screen. How do I set size constraints?

Sorry, this is literally my first XAML file!!

suggest you add calculated appropriate value for the graphic from your original value in your datasource to bind to
you can always use a hidden (not visible in title) textblock for that calculated value and use a visible one to display the original value

THanks,

I've spent the past few days messing with xaml trying to figure it out and see if it will work for what I'm trying to do.

While it can "reveal" a filled box, and do it pretty cool, It's not quite what I'm hoping for.

I can't seem to figure out how to use a jpg instead of a box, and then I tried to see if I could chroma key out said box to reveal my graphic but obviously that doesn't work.

Instead I'll have my datasource do the calculations, and see if I can't get after effects to display something and send it NDI.

Thanks again
Jon

Yes as xaml can not do calculations

Hard to envision what you are envisioning but there is also masks and positions etc that one can be bind to
