I have a participant who will be coming in via vMix all from an iPhone over WI-FI connection with a 5Mb upload speed to the internet.
I know that I can control the quality of the return feed. Is there any way to control the feed I get from her? The audio is fine, but the video gets some artifacts.

I asked about this in a few topics two+ years ago, eg https://forums.vmix.com/...l-cellphone-feed-quality

never got informative answers. my conclusion is that it is a browser thing.

Richard... that's likely correct. We have been streaming from this event in Austria... with Lauren using an iPhone on a monopod.

Two interesting issues
1. We don't have any (obvious) control over exposure... a problem with backlit or white backgrounds.
2. When I put the phone on an Osmo Mobile gimbal, our wifi connection suffered greatly, and the stream got very choppy... so I remounted the phone on a plastic clamp atop a monopod. It is also important that when near the edge of the router's range, that her body not be between the phone and the router's antenna.

Fun stuff!

You can see some of what we have been streaming, either recorded or live via vmixCall on this page
https://www.facebook.com/pg/worldwoodday/videos/

Our videos are those with the rotating green cube or complete lower thirds.... all streamed from vMix to restream.io.
The rest of the videos are shot by and uploaded by another media team.
