multicorder - force start even if stream is blank

I'm using multicorder with a BlackMagic Decklink Quad2 capture card. Sometimes, not all 8 of my cameras are powered on. This presents an issue. If I attempt to start the multicorder when only 7/8 of my cameras are powered on, then multicorder will give me the error: "Recording timed out waiting for first frame." This is an issue for me. I am operating VMIX headless (no connected monitor) right now and I am starting multicorder using the API command: http://127.0.0.1:8088/API/?Function=StartMultiCorder Basically, I need VMIX multicorder to start recording, even if not all of the input streams are available. In this scenario, the bad input stream should ideally simply not create a file, or should create a file with no data. Regardless, since I'm operating VMIX headless, it's not very easy for me to simply uncheck recording for any input sources that are currently turned off. Does this issue make sense? Does anyone know of a solution or a setting within VMIX that will cause the multicorder to power through an error like this and start recording the other streams, even if any of the inputs streams are off? Thank you for any suggestions. If this type of option doesn't exist, then at a minimum, is there anything in the API that would allow for me to check/uncheck multicorder sources to record? The API documentation only seems to indicate that starting/stopping multicorder is the only exposed feature. I appreciate any help

Note that I'm using vMIX version 21.0.0.61
I can probably upgrade to the new V22 if necessary
