I am trying to add a video input, an avi file and I keep getting this message. I am using Windows 8.1, 4 gigs RAM, 2 core processor and a Quadra FX video card. I downloaded the latest version of vMix. I am trying this on a new machine and will purchase an up grade when I know that this works. The videos are commercials to use between scenes. Any help would be appreciated.

This error usually means the graphics card drivers are not installed.
Visit the Nvidia web site to install the latest Quadro drivers.

Thanks, Martin. I did do that and when I try to install the drivers, it say they are up to date, BUT in device manager is shows Windows drivers. Will have to try again.
