I am a semi-new user of VMIX and I could record in MP4 and FFMPEG a few weeks ago but I was having a delay in the recording so I lowered the resolution from 1080 to 720 and now I cannot record in MP4. I can record in AVI though. When I try to record in MP4 now, I get this message:

Untitled2.png (42kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

On another forum there was a suggestion to uncheck Use Hardware Encoder and I tried that but it did not solve the problem.

Can someone help me?
