Don't know if it is the right group, but I'll try.
We have a Vmix Go Plus system with two "USB" Dual XLR slots. One for stereo input and one for stereo output.
However, one channel from the output isn't working anymore. Tried to contact the dealer, but he could not help us.
We think the "USB AUDIO CODEC" is'nt working properly so we re-installed that (still not working).
We also think that an update from WIN10 triggerd the problem, however it is not possible to roll back the update because we the machine is used for streaming and windows just pushes the update.

Does anyone have a solution or idea for this?
