Morning,
It is not really a question about Vmix, but I have some problem to find solution.
I need to stream with VMIX a TS file with a constant byte rate.
I transpose .mov to mp4 with Hanbrake, and I package TS with Avidemux.
But Hanbrake don't generate constant byte rate, only average byte rate , do you know an other software for make CBR ? (not ffmpeg, a gui software)
