i've purchage enco encaption4 for generate captioning for video, but i don't understand it's feature

Is this not a question for Enco? Do they not provide instructions for using it?

From a quick glance at their website it looks as if it can take an NDI input (for the audio source) and output the captions over NDI.

Contact ENCO tech support. I've dealt with them many times. They can get you on track. ENCO also has a users forum (you would have to register for access).
