I like to project our church beamer presentations over the speakers camera image with alpha channel effect.
The presentations have most of the time black or white backgrounds.
I did some tests with color settings black/white stretch and alpha, but our camera image is always getting lighter or darker and the text is not sharp.

This is possible with lumakey.
For churches this is a very nice feature for displaying keywords over the speakers camera image without the need to fade with a disappearing speaker.

This would be a great feature. Like WWDV said, this is a huge benefit for churches. Our church, as well as our church clients, many times have lyric overlays with black backgrounds. When doing a screen capture with a black background in addition to a chroma key, the keying does some weird aliasing and does not completely pull out the black. This would be useful for superimposing lyrics over video. A luma keyer would be much more efficient for this task!
