The basic mode is a underused feature. However I have been using it with a number of primary schools and community groups with success. It is also good for touchscreen use. A lot of work has gone into the "normal" interface in terms of added features. Could I ask that the Basic interface gets some love. In particular to add the RECORD, STREAM buttons and also the production CLOCKS. As shortcuts work in this mode I don't see the need for additional transition buttons. Cheers. Andrew
