I Suggest to have small 1,2,3,4,5 buttons (just like 1,2,3,4 overlay buttons) for each Input to simply switch on or off specific multi-view for that INPUT.

currently i have to open input settings to do that while doing live production.

Scripting is your friend:

Overlay

MoveMultiViewOverlay
Move Overlay in Input MultiView according to Value parameter.

Example: 1,2 moves Overlay1 to Overlay2

Value = FromIndex,ToIndex
Value,Input
MultiViewOverlay
Toggle On/Off MultiView Overlay For Input At Index (starting from 1)

Value = Index
Value,Input
MultiViewOverlayOff
Turn Off MultiView Overlay For Input At Index (starting from 1)

Value = Index
Value,Input
MultiViewOverlayOn
Turn On MultiView Overlay For Input At Index (starting from 1)

Value = Index
Value,Input

Yes as Stevespaw indicated , can also be with shortcuts
