Between my microphone, the audio from video I use, my bumpers and rejoiners, and commercials, all the audio sounds like it is being delivered from different broadcasts. Is there a way to level all audio so all inputs sound the same?

Do you mean a fully automatic method, "without human intervention"?

That would be nice, or setting up certain levels, compression, etc to get vmix's audio up to the same standards as vmix's video.

vMix has built-in compression & limiting available on every source. All you need to do is use it.
