the picture is crap work nice in vmix 21 and i run the NewTek tool 3.8 update the firmware 1.73 in camera and still the same issue.

i now you guys have a panasonic ptz working in NDI can you test. and see if it not only me.

PS the Xassist control is really god thanks for the tips. are you putting in a template for that control ?

maybe a new video how to set up more than 1 ptz camera. program shortcuts and functions.

Hi,

We have no control over the picture quality and this would have not changed in vMix 22.
You may need to check for updated NDI-HX drivers and or firmware for your camera.

the problem solved. it was the network cable connection, i tried new cables and it works, tried back to old ones and it works. happy happy.
