I have several web page sources that provide audio alerts after certain events.

Audio is not playing from these web sources.

In order to circumvent this, I have to open a second web page in the browser of the desktop to the same source. Then I have to add a second input in vMix as a local desktop capture and grab the browser window.

This causes some sync issues between the audio and video of the web event.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If not, where can I start troubleshooting?

Thanks,
Jon

Is your Google Chrome browser up-to-date?

That particular system does not have Chrome installed. Both Edge and IE are up to date, as well as Windows updates.

Are the audio inputs for these Web Browser Inputs showing the speaker icon as green (on)?

Yes, audio is enabled for the web inputs.

It happened when I updated my uphoria 404 drivers. And now I can't get the drivers to roll back.

@ r5dad

Have you run vMix Diagnostics?
Windows start menu ===> vMix folder ===> vMix Diagnostics

vMix diagnostics successfully scanned both my video cards with no problems detected.

That's all it showed in the drop down. What exactly was I looking for?

@ r5dad

Some software like Sonic Suite and Nahimic have been known to cause similar audio problems with vMix.
The vMix Diagnostics app will usually help with detecting such things.
