Using the vmix recommended build RUBY for IR with 16Gb of RAM, The Blackmagic Quad Decklink card, and the NVidia GTX 1070.
"Extend displays" is set, fullscreen is ON, using control port out to a monitor and getting no signal.

I tried doing a full reset of vmix, still did not work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Just checking that you have set the Fullscreen destination in Settings?

Yes, using those settings.
Vmix tech support has also logged in remotely to help me.

Let me explain my chain.

Ruby build with NVidia GE Force 1070Ti graphics card. I plug the computer in on DVI, then use display port>HDMI SDI adapter to send to a Panasonic professional video mixer.

Computer running vmix SEES both displays in the settings, at 1920x1080i 59.9i, which is exactly the input my video mixer needs. Both displays are at 60hz, so no mismatch there.

Fullscreen Display settings in vmix are configured for Output 1 show all, 59.9 NTSC.
Every cable has been tested all the way down the line, as well as the adapters. If I connect any other monitor/camera/device, I get an image into the video mixer. Except vmix.

A video engineer I know suggested I need to tell the display port adapter to "memorize" the display screen id, but wasn't able to tell me anything else or how to do it. Frankly, I've never heard of such a thing.

The boss is getting mighty cranky about having over 4k into a device that only worked once, when vmix was in trial mode. I have no more suggestions, no more adapters, and no more patience.
Any and all suggestions short of tossing it out a window are highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

If you connect a monitor rather than the video mixer do you get signal?

Does the Panasonic show the extended desktop without vMix being launched?

A tv monitor displays the image.
No the Panasonic does not display anything.

I tried to assign on of the Blackmagic outputs instead,on the 4th output.
It sent an image, but kept freezing and would not play the replays out, then everything froze went to black and has not come back even if we reboot, or if we completely delete and rebuild the saved preset

OK. This is telling me that the issue is between the PC and the Panasonic, not with vMix.

Is the Panasonic mixer PAL or NTSC? Model? What input resolution is it expecting?
