So I am getting some aliasing on video on both the recording and the external output. I have a video that is resized in a window and I see some aliasing on the outline of the body. Why does this happen? I have more than enough pixel information for have a smooth line. Is something set wrong?

I know this is a YouTube video but you can see the aliasing on the outline of the Pastors Wife at the beginning of the video. Upscale it to 720p and you will see it. Ideas?
