Well did the download today and played around for 10 minutes as I am busy working on a project for a bunch of broadcast graphics. I took one of the vMix GT stock designs and modified it to work for a few of my clients next year that use tickers for up to date information and scoring data feeds. Was very easy to use and I could get around very quickly! Nice not having to write all sorts of scripts or work with timelines - Great work vMix team. As a CG graphic designer I am looking forward to using GT designer for quick vmix setups and not having to run a bunch of external CG systems when they are not needed. When I get a chance I will try doing up some advance graphics from scratch...

Would like to see them, the little image in the ticker, may I ask how that was done?

Ok, so I had some time this morning while drinking my morning coffee to try making a custom graphic in GT for a real world client that will be used in productions mid next year. First off, I have to say I really like working in GT as I find it so fast to work in compared to many others I use on a regular basis like NewBlueFX Titler Live Broadcast or ROSS XPression - but GT is not a replacement for these and a dedicated graphics operator in a production. ;) But in a pinch it will deliver some quick and simple graphics that render and play out quick even on my laptop in vmix! I used the mask feature in this to layer all the graphics together in GT so everything can be replaced quickly in a vmix production using title editor when editing the title - like the logo, person head shot, stats background and mesh. Also easy to hook into a data source if you want to dynamically control your data and images/look.

Played around with another animated graphic in GT. This could be used for a team match-up or player match-up while on air talent introduce the game. Still have not brought in any photoshop files via GT. May test that out next by exporting some production vector graphics from Adobe illustrator in photoshop format.

Well GT is pretty cool for a simple and low priced title tool. I did this score bug that is controlling GT title pages with shortcuts mapped to an xkeys controller.(Or any Midi Controller) I am also going to try and get it working with one of our streamdeck controllers as it would be a great portable setup. Well that is it for my testing and playing around as GT is for sure going to be added to our setup next year when it is released.

Please don't critique the graphic design, it's more of a tech design test but I'm very pleased with GT.

This is my 2nd try, the first one was a little bit elaborate. I need something for riding, and have been looking for it for a long time, now I can design everything I need. The text fields are filled by a CSV file. GT is great, but there are a few bugs inside, that make life difficult for you in the beginning. For example, the import of CSV files, since they are only separated by a comma, or that the text fields are queried first and then only my flags. Also the saving of the individual formats is not always identical. An important function is still missing: Display a graphic when the text box is filled. Otherwise I can only congratulate the makers of GT.

I need to show the PP clock only when penalty starts on the scoreboard. I use Scoreboard OCR to capture the PP clock... Can you help pse?

Hello, You want to read up on the Storyboard section of the help manual in GT Designer. The pages is what I used to show and hide the clock with shortcut keys. I created one page that would hide the clock(page 1) and another page (page10) that will show the clock. The default setting for the clock layer is set to hidden. You have 10 pages to play with so you can turn on and off quite a few elements of a title. It took me a while to figure out how to map a shortcut to a button/keys to show and hide, so I added the screen shot so you know what I used. Capture.PNG (16kb) downloaded 3 time(s).
