We're about to build a new system for a largely NDI based workflow. We would like to also be able to do Instant Replay with the system. Trying to build in capacity for 4K, but not likely to use for 6 months or more.

At the moment looking at:

i9-9900K
32Gb RAM 3600Mhz
2080ti - any opinion on Founders edition vs 3rd party, vs eg Asus with blower style (removes heat from case)? we do want this to take no more than 2 slots.
Mobo - seeking advice - z390 chipset seems best, would prefer something with a 10Gb NIC onboard, but happy to use Asus XG-100C. Other question is on having vnme slots vs using an adapter - as far as I can tell there is little / no bottleneck on using an adapter and I like the idea of having more slots if needed.
Something like this: https://www.anandtech.co...-motherboard-analyzed/53
looks really good - but havne't yet found it in Australia.

OS Disk - 500Gb SSD - any reason to make this nvme?
Recording Disk - MP510 1Tb nVME
Storage - 6Gb HDD

Pcie lanes: - I'm concerned about the stated 16 lanes in the CPU?
Decklink Quad (x8)
2080ti (x8 /x16 w.3-6% performance boost apparently)
Asus XG-100C (x4)

Any decision on Motherboard that you made that you can share?

Also, how many simultaneous NDI inputs/outputs did you get running?

Thanks
