Hi

Would it be possible to run 8 x 1080p25 inputs into a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 using vMix ?

If so, what interface would you recommend ?

If I had to give a Yes/No answer it would be NO. Seems under-powered and with no suitable ports for getting 8 video channels into it, apart from maybe low-bitrate H264 IP feeds, but then it might struggle to decode and do anything meaningful with them.

I have the Pro 3, and while its not the same model, it can't really handle anything in vMix nicely, so I doubt theres a significant improvement in the 4 to allow what you're asking for. The only real improvement is the newer generation CPU's, which isn't enough to make that kind of a difference.
