When doing an export from Instant Replay, it seems the numbers are added to the files without any leading zeros. For example "1" versus "001". This poses a problem since many systems resort this export type and resequence the files. Instead of a file being seen as "8" and sorted after "7", it's sorted just in front of "80".

When I use a tool to rename all the files to sort with leading zeros, I don't have this problem. "8" becomes "008", "23" becomes "023", etc...
