Im in the middle of a 24 hour broadcast using vmix call to link two sites. I have perfect audio with very low latency. I have only 6fps of video getting to the receiving end and the video is increasingly being delayed and getting further and further behind the video. Its now up to about 10 minutes behind the audio.
I've got 100mbps dedicated at each end and this is driving me around the bend. I've tried rebooting, different machines and restarting vmix all to no avail.
Any help would be much appreciated.

interestingly, the source IP address for audio is different from the source ip address for audio when I look at the stats on the receiving machine. audio is 13..73.202.12 video is 122.56.76.167
what would cause this? it looks like audio and video are taking different paths.

more information, after several resets of the connection, I've got both audio and video coming from the same source. the video buffer is continuing to climb though and I'm only getting 6fps while audio is fine. There is TRUCKLOADS of bandwidth between the two sites.

Hi,
Delayed video at low FPS indicates the computer is unable to decode the video fast enough. What is the video resolution you are using in vMix Call and what sort of CPU and graphics is installed on the system?
Regards,

Sending machine is AMD 1950X with 32Gb Ram with 1080TI only one NDI source and its sending it via vmix call, 1% cpu load.
Receiving machine is an Intel Xeon 1240 with 8Gb Ram and GTX710. CPU load on receiving machine is 2%, total 7%. All it is doing is receiving a single VMIX Call, no other sources and sending it to FullScreen and YouTube.
