Why is vmix x86 not sending signal to blackmagic Intensity pro? I need to play mov files on my system but vmix x64 is accepting due to the fact that quicktime player version is not exist but Vmix x86 allowed mov files but refused to send signal to Blackmagic Intensity Pro. Kindly help me out.

Please provide a screenshot of your external output settings or type them out here.
Note that the settings in x86 are saved separately to x64, so you will need to check all the settings in x86 as well.
