Hi all,

We are using VMIX since few month now and we are very interesting by 4 new features :

- First : We're using a nanokontrol 2 midi keyboard with an external midi-keystroke interpreter software. It will be very useful to have the possibility to configure MIDI keyboard directly into VMIX. Otherwise, when somenone want to change, for example, a scoreboard value (ie 1 to 2), the director can't change the shot during this manipulation. In sports broadcast, it's quite anoying.

- Second : As a team, of course, we need to communicate. As you (MARTIN) did with the awesome tally light web feature, it'll be very usefull to have a voice (intercom) server integrated directly into VMIX. In this case, each cameramen (with his phone and headset) connected to the webinterface could hear or speak to other (or director to cameramen).

- Third : For MAC user as we are, we would like to have the possibility to record in .mov file. It will be usefull for post-processing on MAC Software as FinalCut.

- Forth : We are streaming to 2 CDN (Youtube and Dailymotion) using VMIX for Youtube and the VirtualVMIX output using into another instance of Flash Media Live encoder for Dailymotion. Is it possible to add this feature into the streaming interface of VMIX.

To end, we would like to thanks MARTIN for this incredible software ! We'll using it for a long time for sure (in the past, we were on Vidblaster, but only VMIX is AWESOME)

(PS : Excuse us for our english, we're FRENCH :D)
(PS2 : if you would like some pictures of our setup, we are on FB, search for ASVTV and also on Twitter)

It's very simple by creating shortcuts. Then, you can use them with keyboard (on your production PC) or on external device (cellphone, tablet) with Web Inteface -> shortcuts

I'm not sure if it's possible to do this working smoothly, effectively and efficiently with webinterface.
Audiostream is much more data in comparison with a short text command that is send by vmix to webserver to change tally light color now.

But the idea is great, so +1

I dont like having every function on the same system. If something crash, you can reboot the bad system and stay on air.
As intercom we are using TeamSpeak with an old notebook as server. It's free and works real good.

Two thumbs way way up for midi implementation. Clients using ProPresenter and Pro Video Player would benefit huge from this. This could setup automatic cues and switches with video presentations and click tracks for synchronized shots with music. It would also extend the platform huge in the area of control surfaces. You could program a t bar and many other great functions using midi.

TeamSpeak was made for onlinegamer having the possibility to talk togheter during a game within the team.
You have to setup a TS Server and install TS-Clients on your smartphones, connect all over your owen WiFi accesspoint.

TeamSpeak

Yes.

Click Settings (right top corner) -> Shortcuts
Click Add
Choose Key (letter)
Function: SetText
Duration: 1
(its time in miliseconds. if something goes wrong change it to 10, 100 or 1000)
Input: Your input with scoreboard
Title: The field You want to change (HomeScore? AwayScore?)
Value: +=1 (when You want to add 1 to Your score)
Title: Short text, that is shown on webinterface. I typed: Home+1

Hi,
+=1 is a good option that works. But for t-bar doesn't make sense.
What I need is a option to GET value from MIDI or any other way to vMix's shortcut.
So for example, when I move my slider on some MIDI device that it sends value to vMix. Is that possible to do?
Thanks!
