Hi all I am thinking about getting a USB mixer, XENYX 302USB by Behringer, has any body tried this one or a similar type usb mixer.

Yes. Me. I have already use a similar one, the xenix Q802 USB, but not with VMIX, but it will work as fine. The sound is good. Only be careful to balance correctly the level "GAIN" to avoid any saturation, in most case you will be call to by pass the equalizer. Put an Earphone on the mixer to ear how the sound like before to begin to mix your feed. Rgds C.

Works great for me. I'm using a Behringer Xenyx 1202 USB.
As mentioned by Charssay - be careful with the gain. And don't just mix the Audio with headphones on the mixer itself. Put the headphones to the computer as well so you hear what vmix is producing. Do not forget to level the Audio in vmix - if it is to loud the sound is clipping. For myself about 50% of Volume is working great.
