 vMix Capture 15 October 2018 13-38-04.png (32kb) downloaded 3 time(s).Whenever I import a video this is what it looks like. Does anybody know why? The video codec is H264 1080 p It also does it with HLS streams... Thanks

Hi,
This usually indicates some kind of graphics card issue.
Check the following:
1. Latest vMix 21 is installed.
2. Latest GeForce drivers are installed.
3. Run the "vMix Diagnostics" utility found in the start menu and see if there are any apps
interfering with the graphics card, if there are, uninstall these.
