I installed the latest Microsoft patches on my MSI63 laptop and I don't get sound coming from my onboard audio speaker or headphone. The audio still goes to program, but I don't hear anything from my headphone or onboard speaker. I attached a Bluetooth headphone and I get audio through there.
I tested audio and it does work with other programs like going to youtube or sound player, So far it only happens to vMix
Using the latest version of vMix as of 02OCT2018
MSI63
16gb RAM
1tb HD
i7 CPU

For the benefit of others that might run into this issue.
The cause is with the "Nahimic" audio software bundled with the laptop, uninstalling this should resolve the problem.
It interferes with programs anyway, so it is good idea to uninstall it regardless for anyone that happens to find it bundled with their laptop.
