Hi All,

When ever I close vMix I get a horrible blue screen that say something like "dumping crash" with a lot of text. PC then goes into reboot mode.
Seems to happen when I click X to close vMix.

What is happening and how to I stop it?

It also seems affect the pc with things I was just doing. For example. I had CS6 premier open doing some editing but when I open that again. Its lost everything. Strange :(

Hi Bryan,

Blue screen errors are usually caused by faulty hardware or drivers.
To isolate the cause, add inputs one by one closing vMix each time until you find the input that is the culprit.
Check for the latest drivers for your capture cards as well.

Thanks for the help. Did drivers and seems to be good. No more blue screen. Yeah ah.........

I have the same issue with my Black Magic Intensity Pro. Every couple weeks when I shut down vMix, the system will hang for a few seconds and then throw a BSOD and restart.
