Ok Using a PTZ Optics PT20X-SDI-GY-G2

Vmix 21.0.0.56 x64

Asus ROG with 16GB Ram

1050 TI Video Card 4 GB

Ive tweaked all the settings per guides and remove the Nvidia extra app.

Output through the PTZ Camera to HDMI for RAW backup - sound works fine.

I have a 1000gb router and Im within 3 feet of camera and another workstation broadcasting the powerpoint through the NDI desktop capture.


Ok about 30 minutes into a recording is audio starts to drop in and out. All readings look fine in the bar render time cpu look good - nothing out of the ordinary.

This started about two weeks ago - I am updated to latest version.

Any ideas??

What's your capture card?

Try with another software like OBS or VLC to check whether it's related with vMix or not.

Good call everything is coming over the Ethernet video and sound. Then managed with Vmix using the GeForce Nvidia 1050ti for the heavy lifting.

Ill try another app next and see what happens.

Oh you mean it's NDI|HX then?

Sorry, I will make a bad joke, but to me NDI|HX on PTZO is the problem, so I let those who like NDI|HX try to help you. IMHO you should contact PTZO support directly.
