Changed Hardware on Basic License

Hi everyone.
I hope this hasn't been asked before (I did look but I couldn't see anything exactly similar).
I had a problem with my Blackmagic Mini Monitor not working on my "video" PC so I decided to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch. Unfortunately when I came to reinstall my Basic version of vMix (which does everything I could want so I'm a bit loathed to upgrade) it said that the hardware had changed and I needed to change the registration settings. vMix then re-directed me to a "login" page - but when I put in my "Basic" license number it told me that I couldn't log in with that.
(I used my "second" Basic license trying out the Blackmagic card on my other PC so I can't use that one either.) :-(
So, does anyone know how I can reset my Basic vMix license so that it can work again please?
