Using version 21.0.0.55 this morning and connecting to a vMix Call from a remote host. I select High 1080p 4000kbps but when I check Call Manager the actual resolution is 720p and bit rate is roughly 1200.

The rt click menu shows I have selected 1080p but Call Manager shows 720p.

I have tried Reconnect, no difference
I have tried closing that input and adding a new Video Call input, no difference.

Any ideas?

Hi Tom,

Remember that the resolution selected on the vMix right click menu is for what the caller receives on their end.
The resolution/bandwidth of what you receive (and see in the stats) in turn is determined by the caller.

If they are using a browser, it is auto-adaptive up to 720p 2Mbps based on network conditions.
If it is vMix on the other end as well, it is determined by their right click menu setting.

Regards,

Martin

So I'm a dummy, again. My bad. Lol. I'm deleting this post! Agh!

Thanks, Martin!
