Had a recent event where I had serious encoding issues on two fronts. All SDI signals were fine and no audio issues within Vmix - in fact could monitor on headphones.
Issue #1 - I was streaming to a provider named Ooyala (live RTMP origin point). Was connecting fine and seemingly normal. I was getting no error message through VMix and had usual red button. However client at the other end couldn't see my stream coming through at all.
In the end I had to abandon this publish point believing the issue was at their end. I then switch to pushing via Facebook only.
Issue #2 Again pushing to facebook appeared fine within vmix - no error messages. However no audio stream appeared, client at his end was getting a code saying no audio track detected. I stopped several times to try different settings - including using the Facebook recommended settings from the encoding drop down box. Still no luck. I also created second stream and pushed to Twitter - same issue - no audio track.
In the end I had to switch software to LiveStream, which luckily worked straight away with audio track.
Any thoughts / accounts of similar?
Many thanks in advance for suggestions. Keen to get resolved as I find vMix way more useful than livestream.
Chris

Just to flag - still definately can't get audio up on Facebook stream. Tried using 96kbps instead of 128kpbs (all AAC). No further luck. I'll submit report as suggested thanks.
I've been using the 'suggested' RTMP settings for facebook.
Note I can monitor the audio on the actual streaming PC - it sounds fine on that and I have good level in the VU meters. Thanks.
