Using Vmix to stream to Vimeo Here is my set up
Setting up a new stream on Vimeo I name a new live stream "My Stream" I am then able to embed this up coming stream into a separate site and have it all ready to go for the live event including having a count down up to 12 hours on top of where the video will appear.
Then somewhere near the time of the event using Vmix I log into Vimeo There is the option to allow or not allow Vmix to
Create albums Edit video settings, albums groups Upload videos on your behalf Delete Videos Access your private videos, albums Access your public videos
Then using Vmix I only have the option to give the following Name Description Privacy
I named this new stream "My Stream" exactly the same as what I had already done already with the intention to point it to the existing live stream waiting for the video to arrive
When I start the stream Vmix has mad e new stream called "My Stream" which because it is a different URL it does not show in the embedded video page
SO how do I get Vmix to point to this right existing page given there are only options of Name Description and Privacy?
Anyone out there have an idea other than just log in the computer alot earlier if that is possible?

Given the (increasing) number of CDNs supported by vMix is it difficult for the developer to support all the different stream settings provided by each CDN. Including scheduling.
AFAIK vMix does not support setting up scheduled live streams for any of the CDNs. Hence, if you need to setup a live stream in advance you have to do it in the CDN, and then use Custom RTMP in vMix, using the key/name and URL provided by the CDN for the scheduled stream.
I do not use Vimeo, but my guess is that in Mark's case vMix is simply creating a new stream named "My Stream", not using the stream with the same name previously setup at Vimeo.
Hope you understand what I mean.

Hi Thanks for that. When you log into to Vimeo using Vmix you need to check "allow vmix to access various settings in Vimeo" using a small window that pops up.
As there is a specific Live page available in Vimeo where you setup any live stream or streams.
If Vmix queried this Live page any live feed setups already there could be displayed and then you could accept one of them for the stream rather than Vmix making a new one.
Would be much better than having to start a stream then have this stream going to your audience Live with nothing happening whilst you then setup any other attitudinal streams off of this incoming one that currently cannot be set up until you go live to get the URL

I just set up a vMix solution for a church that streams on a Vimeo account. I don't remember the version of vMix (was downloaded on 12/20/2018) but even with the boxes mentioned above checked, we were unable to see any of the live streams that were previously set up. We instead had to manually enter the stream code, not something they were happy about since volunteers are likely to be involved and thus, the less steps the better.
Have I missed something? Or is this not supported in vMix?

MachWon, did you plug in the predetermined Vimeo generated code in the vMix RTMP settings, or could you do it through the Vimeo interface on vMix? I have had similar problems Setup up live page in Vimeo Embed that in all sorts of pages all over the place Then not be able to stream to it via Vmix Pop up window does not allow you to connect to existing live pre set up pages. Quite annoying.
However the advice above was good. Pulled the RTMP codes and keys from the page in Vimeo by hitting "next" on the live holding page. They do not show up on this first page! On this next page you have the option for "Connect RTMP" on the right. Click on that and get the 2 codes URL Key
Then on Vmix instead of trying to log into the Vimeo page on stream via "Destination" Goto Custom RTMP instead Put the URL in then the key Done.
