I use vMix's replay feature for instant replays during live events, which includes audio. When the playback is slowed down the audio becomes incredibly choppy. I'd like to see options for either the pitch to drop along with the playback speed, or (preferably) time-shifted audio that maintains pitch, but playback speed is slowed/stretched.

I work both as a replay op and TD on several platforms on trucks and much smaller productions. I am not sure what type of broadcast you are suggesting to do this in, but in my experience you only include replay audio if your playback speed is at 100%.

Otherwise you are going to have a number of potential issues including sync. If you want the replay's audio and video to remain in sync you are going to have some sort of choppy or similar issue on the audio end.

One option would be to play 2 channels at once. Keep audio in one and keep video in the other. I dont think VMIX Replay supports dual playback though (even though there is and A & B channel).

Maybe someone has another idea other than that.
