What is the animation timer for? I tried using it on the animated titles - and it didn't seem to change anything

Also - when you right click a title - it says XAML properties as one of the options -

But if you click that - nothing happens.

The Animation Timer you refer to is for the Ticker. It's the amount of time for all the characters of text to scroll though, the more characters in your message, the faster the scroll for that duration.
